Shipping and Returns Policy

āFER Honey   (“we” and “us”) is the operator of (www.aferhoney.com) (“Website”). By placing an order via a subscription through this Website you will be agreeing to the terms below. These are provided to ensure both parties are aware of and agree upon this arrangement to mutually protect and set expectations on your Honey Subscription service.

1. General

Our āFER Honey    is very unique and only available in small limited quantities due to the biospheres surrounding our hives. Our absolute passion for the world’s best honey drives our dedication to harvest your honey and get your very own limited edition bottle delivered to your dining table within 27 days of harvesting the hive.

All orders get priority however we need to make sure we are able to meet all our customers needs and do so by allocating harvested honey to the 12 month subscriptions working our way down to the once off subscription orders.

Our billing works in such a way that once you have been billed you will get your honey in the next 60 days.

2. Shipping Costs

Free shipping is applied to all our orders.

When ordering from AferHoney.com, you’re responsible for assuring the product can be lawfully imported to the destination.

Import Regulations

The recipient is the importer of record and must comply with all applicable laws and regulations of the destination country. Customs delays can affect original delivery estimates. We make use of DHL and UPS to get our express deliveries delivered to your door as soon as possible.

3. Returns

We have never had a bottle of honey returned because our honey is exceptional. However, should you feel that your limited edition bottle is not as you had expected for any reason, we would love to hear from you and will gladly refund the subscription amount and cancel your future subscriptions. We will arrange for one of our representatives to collect the limited edition bottle of āFER Honey    and process your refund to your bank card

4. Delivery Terms

All of our shipments are sent via express courier, thus helping us achieve our 27 day Harvest to Dining Table promise.
You will be notified of  your Limited Edition Honey being harvested and once it has been bottled and shipped to you with a tracking number to keep an eye on your delivery.

Change Of Delivery Address can be done at any time before delivery.

We do not do PO Box deliveries.

 Tracking Notifications – Upon dispatch, customers will receive a tracking link from which they will be able to follow the progress of their shipment based on the latest updates made available by the shipping provider.

Parcels Damaged In Transit -This is a very sad occurrence for all of us and we go to great measures to make sure that your order is packaged to provide the best possible care. However should your parcel be damaged in-transit please take a couple of photos of the damaged packaging and limited edition bottle and email them to us. We will rectify the situation as quickly as we possibly can by dispatching your replacement order with the next available harvest.

7. Duties & Taxes

7.1 Sales Tax

Sales tax has already been applied to the price of the goods as displayed on the website

7.2 Import Duties & Taxes

Are taxes and duties are included in your subscription price.

8. Cancellations

All subscriptions can only be canceled after the delivery of your first Limited Edition bottle of āFER Honey   .

9. Insurance

All our parcels are insured for loss and damage to the value that you paid for your Subscription

Should your parcel be damaged in-transit we will process a replacement shipment as soon as we receive the images of the damaged parcel.

Should your parcel be lost in-transit and the courier has confirmed that they are not able to locate your parcel we will dispatch a replacement shipment from our very next harvest.
